Mention of iRadio at Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Conference
Motorola senior product manager of media solutions, LaSean Smith, joined the Digital Dialogues panel at the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop Conference. Also featured were industry experts Dworkin, EMI Music Group/ AJ Media Group royalties/digital specialist Andrea Jacobs, and Urban World Wireless CEO Mike Johns.
Smith discussed Motorola's development plans for iRadio to deliver commercial-free Internet radio channels via a customer’s mobile phone.
According to Smith, plans are still on to make iRadio available this year. Very cool.
